WHITE PVC DOOR?

dont get a lock smith i make doors and windows
its simple enough on the door frame not the opening part there is a part where the tounge locks in ti should be adjustable by loosening two screws.
when locking very tight if your door has rollers which slide vertically into place to lock. they are roller cams a cam is a circle where the center is no in the centre so by using an allen key you should be able to turn it to loosen the locking of the door
