Where can I find faults for HOTPOINT WD420P OTHER CONSUMER PROBLEMS?
I bought a HOTPOINT WD420P in october and within a week it had ruined alot of clothes. I thought maybe I was making a mess of the washing because it was my first washer/dryer but my Mum (washing for a living assured me it was a fault) Hotpoint repaired the disconnected condensor and said I was not entitled to a new machine. three months later its playing up again so I yell and carry on and a brand new one arrived this morning.
Now on a cool tumble dry the outside metal is getting really hot. I don't want to start again I am fed up with it all BUT is this normal or is something wrong with this one too. I have a six month baby and don't want anything unsafe running!
I am too frightened to put any good clothes in it at the moment in case it ruins them too. I am hundreds of pounds down and hotpoint won't pay for clothes if you haven't kept ALL the reciepts.who does???
well by now you r out of gtee I think but you should get independant engineer but you have probably sorted it pout since you posted your complaint
