Panasonic tx-32pm-11 32" TV led flashing & beeps when I try to switch on ?

I have a Panasonic tx-32pm-11 32" TV that is about 4 years old.

Went to switch it on using the power button on the TV itself and the LED beside it flashes along with a beeping sound each time the light flashes. The sound appears to be coming from inside the TV itself rather than from the speakers. The TV does not switch on i.e no picture & no sound.

Have tried changing the fuse in the plug but this hasnt made any difference.

Any help greatly appreciated.
