My zanussi zwf1221w [dalilah] won't drain?

I have cleared out the drainage pipe and it's clear because water flows in reverse and comes out filter at front. But it still won't do any rinsing and nothing comes out the drainage pipe.

Remove the filter and shine a torch in to the filter housing.at the back you will see the drain pump impellor.make sure it rotates freely by moving it around with a long stick or screwdriver as they can get jammed with fluff and objects

Check the flexi outlet pipe AND the waste pipe to the outside drain is not blocked. The outlet pipe being blocked is the most common problem.
If both are clear, pour some water into the machine and set the switch to DRAIN or SPIN. If no noise is heard prior to spin starting, pump is most likely faulty.
