Zanussi Jetstream washer/dryer problem ?

I have a Zanussi Jetstream Turbodry 1400 washer/dryer
There is a noise coming from the top right hand corner of the machine
Sounds like gears in a gearbox slipping
Tried different programs but problem is still there.
There are no fault codes coming up on the display
