i have a citroen berlingo 1.9?

i have a 1.9 citroen berlingo and it wont start in the mornin so i bought a new relay and new plugs as sum1 told me thgis is the problem so i fitted them and the problem is still happenin can any1 help please?

thinking of buying a berlingo, advert says it recently developed a problem, it turns over but wont start,they also say key is held together with tape, could damaged key be the problem, damaged chip for imobilizer? or does it sound like a much bigger prob and i should run a mile?

I have smoke from exhaust rattle noise and lack of power then this problem disappears to recur again later

on fuel pipes under bonnet going to fuel filter there might be a manual pump. looks like an hand grenade! pump this before you start until pressure is built up and then start. if it starts better then this is probably your problem. they draw air into fuel system and this looses pressure of fuel overnight. replace this pump and all should be well.
