After the wash cycle, the water will drain. It does not spin after draining
By engaging the cover switch (naughty me) I can see the tank slightly move when spin cycle begins, by giving a small assist to the drum, it will spin but eventually stop
I suspect slipping belt?
check the coupling between the motor and the gear box or you might have something between the basket and the tub

Hello,
It could be a belt slipping if your washer does infact have one. Dissasemble the washer and check for the belt slipping with the washer running in spin mode.
