How do I adjust my carb.on my b and s model281707?

I am not familiar with this particuar model, but I have rebuilt several B&S carburators, to adjust, the lower screw next to the base is the Low Speed adjustment, and the Jet with the spring is the high speed adjust. Adjust the low speed adjust first. If you have just put the Jets in, turn them in all the way, but don't tighten. Turn each one out 1&1/4 turn, this should allow you to start motor. If it dosen't start, use alittle starting fluid. Once started let it warm up for five minutes before final adjust.
