How to mend a upvc door lock?

I had the same problem awhile back, you need to buy a new lock barrel for your door. When you get one you unscrew the screws at the side of the lock and the barrel will slide out easy. You need to measure the lock to make sure you get the right one.

I bought mine off the internet for about £15 and found instructions on here how to replace too

You can buy replacement euro locks from somewhere like B&Q - they are only held in by one screw from the edge of the door...removing this screw allows the lock barrel to come out. They do come in various lengths though, to accommodate various widths of door.
