noisywidow unit?

I have a rarely used 20000 BTU wall mounted AC at my beach house. It's working (blowing cool air) but got very noisy over the winter. It sounds like the fan needs to be lubed. Can I fix that? How?

I doubt it. The fan motor is a sealed unit. It maybe that the fan vanes are out of balance or something has come loose
