OFF BALLANCE?

MY FRIGIDIRE
WASHING MACHINE JUMPS ALL OVER THE PLACE WHEN ON A NORMAL SPIN CYCLE. AND A GENTLE SPIN IS STARTING TO MAKE A LOT OF NOISE ALSO BUT DOSEN'T MOVE. EVERY SINCE I MOVED MY WASHER INTO MY HOUSE FROM THE GARAGE. MY HOUSE IS A RAISED FOUNDION AND MY GARAGE WAS A SLAB.YESTERDAY IT MOVED SO MUCH IT PULLED THE DRAIN HOSE OUT OF THE WALL AND OF COARSE THE WATER WENT ALL OVER THE FLOOR WHEN NO ONE WAS HOME. THE MODEL IS FRIGIDIRE GALLERY
I WOULD LIKE VERY MUCH IF YOU CAN DIRECT ME TO REPAIR THIS

check the feet are level. turn the machine off and make sure the machine dont rock in any direction. adjust the feet if necessary.
