How can I fix the broken lock on my tilt and turn window?
My tilt and turn window remains permanently locked, the barrel has broken off the lock and fallen out. Will I need to replace the whole window? Could a locksmith replace it without damaging the rest of the window?
I have found the answer myself. contact a locksmith who is trained to deal with UPVC window locks, they can fit new handles with locks with no damage to the window cheaply.
