problem with mcculloch string?

i have a mcculloch petrol 2 stroke petrol strimmer but since i have bought it it uses ALL of its string it is the double headed string? is this faulty can it be fixed, im sure its not meant to use all its string in one go, i have to buy a new box every time i use it.

What do you mean it uses all of its string?
Does it feed it out unneccessarily?
In which case its a mechanical fault.
Or does it wear out very quickly?
In which case it is poor quality trimmer line.
