easiest way is remove the top of machine, now look at the top of the drum you will see a much thicker band held in place by a adjustable screw,release the band screw enough to slip the band off, now gentle ease the rubber off the lip remove through the port hole.
working through the porthole ENSURE the new rubber SEATS behind the LIP (all the way round) BEFORE FITTING the band, and then tighten the clamp up refit the top then the refit front outer fine wire one
