Eurocargo 100E15 rear brakes binding!?

I have a 1996 Eurocargo 100 E15 and the rear brakes are binding like crazy! Any ideas what might be causing this? Any help is appreciated!

Hello again Colin, its now a year since I had the problem with rear brakes. During this time the brakes have still occasionally 'dragged'. I thought I would investigate further and checked both master cylinders (everything else had been checked previously). I found the rear master cylinder was corroded inside where the pneumatic actuator meets the cylinder and was sticking in causing pressure to be trapped in the rear brake circuit. I have now changed the rear master cylinder and brakes are absolutely perfect!

Hi Colin, I have 1998 Eurocargo 75E15 with same problem. After checking all brake components and adjustments, e.g. no sticky pistons in calipers, brakes bled, handbrake properly adjusted, found both rear brakes were dragging due to hydraulic pressure trapped in brake calipers (tested this by opening caliper bleed nipple and brakes were free). Pressure was blocked by load sensing valve mounted above rear axle. This had been previously adjusted by others to an extreme fully loaded position which for some reason allows plenty of fluid to brakes but not to return? Anyway, when actuator rod to LSV was disconnected from axle (no load on LSV plunger), brakes worked fine. Now reconnected rod and adjusted so that LSV plunger is only just touching operating rod with no load on vehicle. Just need to find out waht is the correct setting for this.
I reccomend you disconnect this rod and test vehicle....
