you will have a little adjuster screw on each side at pad lever once you have set your pads to about 1-2mm from wheel rim press your brake after releasing they should both spring back if they dont then tighten up the adjuster screw a couple of turns on which ever is rubbing then try again keep doing this until pads stop rubbing
