On our electrolux fridge there are two dials, the one on the right is for the battery or electric and the one on the left is for the gas. You have to turn the knob to the biggest flame and then push the knob in holding it in while you press the ignition. I always hold ours in for a second or two before pressing the ignition switch to let the gas start flowing. Once the pilot light has lit then you need to hold the knob in for about 30 seconds to ensure it does not go out again. There is a small pilot light window inside the fridge at the bottom left hand corner. I don't know what model our fridge is without going to the van and looking but i hope this helps. You could always ring your local caravan dealer they may have the answer.
