Bdw 203 problem?

Hello, I'm having problems with my bdw 203 dishwasher. I couldn't find a solution for this problem (i really tried). My problem is this:

I start my cycle, it starts as always and it opens the soap container but then it stops, it doesn't fill with water it just stops there.
