FISHER & PAYKEL GWL11?

when I start the machine it begins to fill with fresh water, after it fills for awhile another pump starts to run to recirculate the water, its when the second pump starts that the machine starts to drain, the machine wont fill to wash a load because it continues to drain. code 02

Next to the drain pump underneath the bowl is a divertor valve. This diverts the water from the drain hose up into the recirculating hose. Take it off and see if something is obstructing the valve and preventing it from moving right over. If no obstruction then you may need a new one fitted.
