What order do I reconnect the wires on the front panel of my eMachine?

The photos you sent me were of a hard drive connection plate. The connection pins you want are situated on the motherboard itself (normally on the bottom right) this should have some printed letters on it which are abbreviated forms of the connection names such as ATXPWR is the power cable.

I hope this helps, if not, send me some close up photos of the motherboard pin layout described above, and I will tell you EXACTLY how to reconnect this.

You should find that the motherboard Front panel connector pins are labelled to match the plug labels on the front panel wires.

The motherboard pins are normally located on the bottom left corner when viewing the motherboard installed in a tower system.
