update to my earlier question of why does my boiler keep coming on, even though it is summer and ch part is turned off. Boiler is a Worcester 28cdi RSF, about8/9 years old
if its on constantly, do you have a leak on hot water pipe?
ive had a few where theyve had pipework under gargage floor etc and its burst so fires boiler and without tap open goes round the rads
just another possibility but like i say boiler would be on pretty much constant

Fault may be caused by faulty controls (timer/thermostat), faulty circuit board, or sticking hot water flow switch (boiler thinks there is a demand for hot water when taps off)
