Whirlpool front load AWM-293 600?

My washing machine won't take all the powder or softener out of the powder drawer, the water goes into the drawer but most of the powder is left when the wash is finished. I have even tried to place the powder at the end of the drawer and also reduce the recommended dose to see if that helps.

My whirlpool AWM293 washing machine water inject goes very slow and not enough water to inject into the detergent and softener box at all, because tge slow supply of water thus it takes very long time to finishing washing one load! Can you help or give advice how to fix thus problem?

check the water spray holes above the powder drawer and conditioner compartment tray are not blocked with gunge/mould clean them with bleach and old toothbrush, a then check there operation,with the draw slightly open to view the incoming water action.
