Whirlpool ADG 954/2 Dishwasher.
The rotor underneath the top basket will not revolve to rinse the dishes.
The holes in the rotor are not blocked and the pressure in the flat plastic tube on the back of the washer that supplies the rotor is fine.
I have tried starting the appliance with the rotor in various starting places, but it will not rotate
