dishwasher tripping the power?

hi, my favorit WQP12-9011A dishwasher trips the earth leakage after about a minute when i switch it on. i am thinking it could be the element.

I am thinking you could be right but no one can say for certain without testing the element with a multimeter. As I am not there, I can't do that for you. So you will have to test it properly and if it is faulty then replace it.
