Help! I have an all in one Zanussi fridge freezer - the fridge is working fine but the freezer has stopped working. I can't see any defrost switch anywhere, the freezer SOUNDS like its working but all my food has melted. Totally stumped. Don't even know who to ask to help - is it an electrician? A general handyman?
