How can i fix my magnavox lcd mdl# 19md357b/37?

When I first turn it on the picture comes on then it instantly breaks up. It looks like the screen shatters. It shuts down and turns itself back on and goes through this same thing over and over staying on longer each time. after
about 20 minutes doing this it will stay on and work fine.
Thanks for any help you can give me.
