How can I remove the agitator on my Hotpoint Washer ?
My washer seems to be laboring very hard to agitate and to spin. The motor gets hot. The belt is not slipping. It sounds the same as it normally does. I'd like to remove the agitator and want to be sure the prying off method is correct for my Model # VBSR3100D. And after removing it I need to know how to get it bach trogether.

I figured it out and pulled the agitator off. Unfortunately there wasn't anything under it so I am still looking or the problem which is making the washer work harder than usual when it agitates or spins.
