our boiler says F13 any help please?

In my handbook for myThema Condens F 30 E the fault codes read F1, F4 indicates Ignition fault, boiler fails to light. Possible causes are :-No gas / Insufficient gas
Incorrect gas valve adjustment
Electrode ignition lead defect
Electronic igniter defective
Check air inlet duct and connections to ignitor unit

Not 100% sure, but think it's an ignition lockout fault. Possible faults are no gas, faulty gas valve, faulty ignition.
