LOST CHANNELS?

About a week ago I lost bbc1 and 2 and possibly others on my Panasonic lxd70 from the digital scan .Although I still have them on analogue I have to switch modes to view.I did a rescan and it never finds them other than on analogue.I even reset to shipping condition and did automatic install but no difference.All the other digital signal strenght are 10s. I had BBC 1 and 2 before so where are they now? my next door neighbours got them. did a software search and it was running the latest software. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

Panasonic could only advise me to try all of the above and if the problem persisted to contact an aerial installer to check signal. I gave it another shot and rather than do the Auto Setup/ DVB Manual Tuning, I chose the Add New DVB Services. This seems to have restored BBC1 and 2, though not sure about the rest as I can't remember what I had in the first place!
