When I turn my shower on I have to have it on Full heat (setting12) for it to heat water, when I turn the heat down it goes stone cold. So I either have boiling hot, or stone cold, nothing in between. Any ideas?
I had the same problem I turned the temperature dial right down in the blue as far as it would go and then the water started and then turned it up to the correct temperature.

i have a triton rapide 3 and when you switch it on the orange power light comes on but no water comes out.It does not make any nosies like its trying to work.
