I dropped my sat nav go when getting it out of the car, Whenit is charged I can switch it on but all I get is the welcome screen and nothing else but then it will not switch of, i have to wait until the battery runs down, Could anyone tell me if it is repairable and if so where to take it. Or can it be reset and if so how ?
