my bosch exxcel 1200 isn't draining or spinning, how can i fix it?

You'll find the filter next to the drainage pipe on the bottom right hand of teh machine behind the flap. It is a circlular disc with a bar running through the diameter as a handle. Once you have drained the drum of water unscrew the disc (have a towel on the floor just in case there is residueal water) and after a few twists the filter will come out of the machine.
