When I power up after a few seconds the amber led flashes continually. I have tried to reboot it by powering down holding in the standby button and then pressing the up/down/left/right keys but no success. When the unit is not connected to power there is no signal to the TV. When the unit is powered up there is a signal to the TV but the unit does not respond to the remote. Can this be fixed or not?
