water leak from small part to back right of engine?

hi,
My 2.o 1999 vectra just started to leak water/coolent
from a part to the back right of the engine. When the engine is running it lets a constant trickle of liquid out. The part has four tubes connected to it, three of these the same size and one small coming out of the top? why is this and how can i fix?
