Aqualisa aquastream. Dropped showe head?

I dropped the shower. The connection between the shower head and hose is now leaking. What parts do I need to replace and repair it?
It was fitted in 2003 and I have never had any problems with this fantastic shower.
The old invoice seems to indicate it is 3 Aquastream THRM PWR SHWR WITE 809/40/20

I would appreciate any advice you can offer.
