Door won't close properly on Hotpoint BF1620 Dishwasher?
The door on my dishwasher will not close properly ,all of a sudden. looks like it could be the mechanism in the door itself i.e. it won't click shut. The Machine still works but stays slightly open. Is this a common problem with these and is it easily fixed? Do I need to remove the door casing? Thanks, Phil in Dublin.
you are correct, this is a common fault, the spring for the lock snaps, it is easily replaced, but you will have't to remove the bezel and front door trim
