no display?

i have an advent pc amd athlon xp2600+ 512mb ddr radeon 900 128mb/tv out (home edition)my prob is no display monitor light just keeps flashing,ive replaced the card with a known working one still no display tried other working one to no luck,pc does not seem to boot ie no beeps at all (no on board graphics) any ideas

yes tried that no bios screen as yet thinking m/board duff now had this prob be4 an it was an intermitting fault with the m/board using the same monitor with this pc

The monitor is not recieving a signal, have you checked the cables at the back of the monitor? when you boot up pc hold down either delete or F2 to get into bios screen and make sure that VGA is set to PCI assuming the bios screen comes up.
