It's make is a Boulter Cameray 5 combi 90. It won't fire up although: there is electricity at boiler, there is oil to the boiler, the fuses are o.k. The pump is o.k. But the boiler still won't fire up. I had a new programmer installed and it wouldn't fire up. But when it did fire up it used to turn it's self on and off periodically.
I have the same Boutler camray 5 90a boiler. The motorised value and the Main PC board have been replaced but now the company are saying its the timer but the timers are not made any more and suggesting to get an electrician in to put in a remote timer and thermostat. I wondered what happened to your boiler?

Replace the Photo-cell, should be about £10. Unplug old one and plug new one in - simple!
