xerox DC12 error code 3-380 we have 2 of these machines No 1 working OK No 2 has error code 3-380. we have change the print copy cartridge and the IBT from No 1 into No2 and the machine still gives code of 3-380 we change the print cartridge and Ibt from No 2 into No 1 and they work Ok any Ideas please
