HOW TO GET MOWER DRIVE BELT ON A 112 ELECTRIC LIFT JOHN DEERE?

I CANT GET THE BELT ON THE MOWER WHEN THE MOWER IS INSTALLED THE BELT IS TO TIGHT AND THE TENTIONER IS ALL THE WAY LOOSE IF DECK IS INSTALLED THE BELT DOESNT REACH FULLY TO GET ALL THE WAY AROUND THE DECK PULLY. PLEASE HELP NEED TO CUT GRASS.
