how can i fix the problem i have with panora 32 mb pendive?

i have 32 mb panora pen drive and a imation 8gb also, in imation pen drive it has a software to give a password. i have copied this software to my panora pen drive, afterward the panora 32mb pen is not working. when i plug the pen it detects but cant open it, when i try to open a massage occurs and says please insert a disk into (the particular drive ) please let me know how can i fix the problem?
