Every time my chainsaw runs out of petrol and I re fill it, it won't start. I have to change the mixture settings and eventually it starts. Last time it took 2 days! Help
Thanks, I overhauled the carb with new diphram etc and hasn't helped. I get a good spark and if I put petrol in carb chamber it fires up for a few seconds. I've changed fuel pipes and fuel gets into carb. Not sure if gets to chamber ?

When is the last time a carb kit was installed in your chainsaw? It maybe that the diaphrams have stretched or that they have started to dry out
