how do I put belt back on to motor, belt is still on the brushes

how do gain access to the motor spindle for me to loop the belt around it?

take the belt off the brush ,now first fix the belt on to the motor spindle,now STRETCH the belt OUTWARDS insert the brush through the belt loop now locate the brush caps in there slots.
