how can i find my missing channels?

since the second switchover i have lost the music channels, bid up tv ,fiver and more. I phoned top up tv they told me i was getting an ok reception, switch it off re scan for channels etc but still no joy. help, getting through to top up tv is a noghtmare

I'm having the same problem as you in Cornwall.
Was picking up W Cornwall transmitter, then the W Devon & E Cornwall transmitter swithced, and I've lost Top-Up and Virgin 1, Fiver and Five Life etc, something to do with MUX B.
My EPG went from 14 to 7 days, then to 3 and now 1, and I've got hardly any info on the EPG.
