Two-Gang means two switches mounted on the same switch plate - one switch for one light and the other switch for a different light.

If this is what you're trying to do then one pair of wires (Red & Black) will connect to a switch of your choice and the other pair to the other switch.

Each switch will probably have three terminal holes marked Com, L1 & L2. By convention the Red wire goes in Com and its associated Black wire into either L1 or L2 of the same switch, it really doesn't matter which.

Two-way switching means the ability to operate One light from two different places - typically in a hallway where the landing light may be controlled from either upstairs or downstairs. At each switch position there are usually three wires - the live wire connects to the Com terminal of switch A and the L1, L2 terminals are connected by a cable-run to the L1, L2 terminals of switch B. Switch B's Com terminal is routed to the Light as Switched Live - throwing either switch will change the status of the Lamp.

Your question does not make it clear which set up you have. And your trouble statement, "but it not working right" is somewhat unhelpful.

An electrician might be a good route to follow.

Diagrams may be found at "Wikipedia Switch" but they tend to use US terminology which can be confusing.

Take care... Good luck...
