fuse blowing central locking?

hi i have a ford focus 2000 ghia on a s plate recently the fuse blew 63 on rear of central fuse block i have tried to replace but it blows when i try ,any ideas? also is there any way i can open rear doors without the fuse being in as i need to mot the car.as this is a fail, hope you can help...
