Mend John Deere LX176 Tractor Drive Belt

John Deere LX176 belt thrown?

My John Deere LX176 keeps throwing the drive belt. It has a series of 4 pulleys and it is one of the intermediate ones. I'd like to know what's causing it. It may be the pulley or it may be something else. Any ideas?
