stand by light is flashing but wont power up samsung le32r72b?

i have had no clicking noise as mentioned,the stand by light is just flashing all the time,one day it worked then it didn't, i have taken the back off the tv and checked all the capacitors , none are discoloured or bulging all look fine too me, now im stuck,dont know what to do can anyone help me please
