Mend eView 17F3 Monitor Settings Screen

How can i mend my eView 17F3 monitor?

My eView 17F3 (crt) monitors settings have been changed. A 'little child' in our house has messed around with the default settings and now the screen has been transfromed, ive been trying to fix the settings as best as it looks but there is no factory reset button.
