Simpson Silencio 850?

I think the cycles are all out of wak. It works but you have to figure out where each cycle is rather than just putting it on start and leaving it. Does this mean the chip needs replacing.

After the wash cycle the water does not entirely drain from the bottom. Where is the drain located?

That Simpson model isnt electronic it has a rotating timer and either the knob has slipped around somehow or the timer itself is faulty. If the timer is faulty then it needs to be replaced.
